CARRY-OUT ITEM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL WORK OF PCB TREATMENT FACILITY

To provide a carry-out item management system for dismantling and removal work of a PCB treatment facility that can safely and reliably manage all the materials existing in the PCB treatment facility.SOLUTION: When a first input terminal 4 inputs room management information including basic information on each room and PCB concentration, and when a second input terminal 5 inputs management job object specific information including attribute information on a management job object and the correspondence between each room and the management job object, a management job server 3 builds a mechanism in a network space to classify the management job object into one of disposal forms of low-concentration processed product, industrial waste, and valuable resource, based on the management job object specific information. When a third input terminal 6 inputs carry-out information that associates a disposal carry-out item, which is the minimum unit for the carry-out from a facility for each disposal form, with one or more of management job objects classified into the disposal forms, the management job server 3 constructs a mechanism in the network space to perform a carry-out management for carrying out the management job object to the outside of a treatment facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】安全且つ確実にＰＣＢ処理施設内に存在する物品全てを管理できるＰＣＢ処理施設の解体撤去業務における搬出物管理システムの提供。【解決手段】第１の入力端末４により各部屋の基本情報とＰＣＢ濃度とを含む部屋管理情報が入力され、第２の入力端末５により管理業務対象の属性情報と各部屋と管理業務対象との対応関係とを含む管理業務対象特定情報が入力されると、管理業務サーバ３が管理業務対象特定情報に基づき、管理業務対象を低濃度処理物、産業廃棄物、有価物の何れかの処分形態に分類する仕組みをネットワーク空間に構築し、第３の入力端末６により処分形態毎に施設外に搬出する際の最小単位である処分搬出物と、処分形態に分類された１又は複数の前記管理業務対象とを対応付けた搬出情報が入力されると、管理業務サーバ３が管理業務対象を処理施設外に搬出する搬出管理を行う仕組みをネットワーク空間に構築する。【選択図】図１
