Zusammenfassung:To provide a sensor which can measure the outside shape of a measurement target object, and a coating device having the sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor 19 includes: first three-dimensional shape specification means 21A and second three-dimensional shape specification means 21B which can specify a three-dimensional shape of a coating target object 40 by emitting a detection light DL to the coating target object 40, the first and second three-dimensional shape specification means being arranged across the coating target object 40. The first three-dimensional shape specification means 21A is arranged in a region off a target range 29 of the detection light DL of the second three-dimensional shape specification means 21B. The second three-dimensional shape specification means 21B is arranged in a region off the target range 29 of the detection light DL of the first three-dimensional shape specification means 21A.
