To provide an inspection device capable of photographing transparent images while shifting relative positions among a radiation source, a subject to be inspected, and a detector.SOLUTION: An inspection device 1 includes a radiation generator 22, a substrate holding part 24 for holding a subject to be inspected, a detector 26, a substrate holding part driving part 18, a detector driving part 20, a substrate position detection part 29, a detector position detection part 31, and a control part 10.
