Zusammenfassung:	To provide a pusher device used for a continuous type heating furnace and a continuous type heating furnace provided therewith, in which a desired temperature curve is obtained regarding the temperature curve of a workpiece to be heat-treated in accordance with the specifications or the like of a heating furnace and the workpiece.SOLUTION: A pusher device used for a continuous type heating furnace having a plurality of heating zones comprises a pusher pushing a tray mounted with a workpiece, a driving mechanism driving the pusher and a control unit controlling the driving mechanism.
