Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for remodeling a tunnel lining part and a device used therefor that can construct a new inner wall surface with excellent durability without transmitting the vibration during cutting of a cutting machine to a protector and generating dust and noise inside the protector.SOLUTION: A cutting work comprises a cutting step using a cutting machine 4 comprising a support member 42 formed into an arch shape in the circumferential direction of an inner wall surface 10A of a tunnel 1 arranged so as to be relatively movable in the length direction of the tunnel 1 without contacting a protector 2 in a work space 3 formed between inner wall surfaces 10A and 10B of the tunnel 1 and the outer wall surface of the protector 2, a fixing member that fixes the support member 42 in a predetermined position during cutting work, a drum cutter 41 placed on a movable support base that can move in the circumferential direction along the support member 42, and a horizontal conveyor 46 that distributes cutting chips to both sides of the protector 2 and drops them by switching the transfer direction placed on the support member 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】切削機の切削時の振動がプロテクタに伝わらず、プロテクタの内部で発塵や騒音を生じることなく、耐久性に優れた新たな内壁面を構築することができるトンネルの覆工部の改築方法及びそれに用いる装置を提供する。【解決手段】切削作業が、トンネル1の内壁面10A、10Bとプロテクタ2の外壁面との間に形成された作業空間3内で、プロテクタ2に対して非接触でトンネル1の長さ方向に相対的に移動可能に配設したトンネル1の内壁面10Aの周方向に沿ってアーチ状に形成された支持部材42、この支持部材42を切削作業時に所定位置に固定する固定部材、支持部材42に沿って周方向に移動可能な移動支持台に配置したドラムカッタ41及び支持部材42に配置した移送方向を切り替えることで切削屑をプロテクタ2の両側に振り分けて落下させる水平コンベヤ46を備えた切削機4を用いる切削工程からなる。【選択図】図1
