Zusammenfassung:To efficiently replace slabs.SOLUTION: A lifting-moving machine 10 repeats the following processes (1) - (4) while sequentially moving on the rows of existing slabs 2 in the progressive direction of the replacement work. (1) The lifting-moving machine 10 has a hanging point at a position overhanging in the direction opposite to the traveling direction, and the existing slabs 2 are lifted and removed (a). (2) After the empty transport vehicle 20 enters below the lifting point of the lifting-moving machine 10, the lifting-moving machine 10 lifts and loads slabs 2 on the transport vehicle 20 and the transport vehicle 20 is evacuated with existing slabs loaded (b-c). (3) After the transport vehicle 20 for carrying in new slabs enters below the lifting point of the lifting-moving machine 10, the lifting-moving machine 10 lifts the new slabs 2 N from the transport vehicle 20 and evacuates the unloaded transport vehicle 20(d - f). (4) The lifting-moving machine 10 returns to the position where the existing slabs 2 have been removed, and the new floor slabs 2 N are lifted and placed at the position where the existing slabs 2 have been removed (g).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 床版の架け替えを効率良く行う。【解決手段】 揚重移動機10が既設床版2の列上を架け替え作業の進行方向に順次移動しつつ、下記(1)〜(4)の工程を繰り返す。(1)揚重移動機10は前記進行方向と反対方向に張り出した位置に吊り点を有し、既設床版2を吊り上げて撤去する(a)。(2)空荷の運搬車両20が揚重移動機10の吊り点の下方に進入した後、揚重移動機10が既設床版2を運搬車両20に吊り下ろし、運搬車両20を既設床版2を載せて退出させる(b〜c)。(3)新設床版搬入用の運搬車両20が揚重移動機10の吊り点の下方に進入した後、揚重移動機10が運搬車両20から新設床版2Nを吊り上げて、運搬車両20を空荷で退出させる(d〜f)。(4)揚重移動機10が既設床版撤去時の位置まで戻って、既設床版2を撤去した位置に新設床版2Nを吊り下ろして設置する(g)。【選択図】 図3
