Zusammenfassung: | To provide a floor substrate panel simplified in manufacturing and saved in weight, and a floor substrate structure reduced in deflection amount of a floor surface.SOLUTION: The body part 10 of a floor substrate panel 2 has a roughly quadrilateral shape in plan view, a connection plate material 11 is provided for placing and fixing one side edge part of another floor substrate panel 2 adjacent to a rear face of the one side edge part, and a deflection controlling plate material 12 is provided at a roughly central part of the rear face of the panel 2, roughly in parallel to the connection plate material 11. The deflection control plate material 12 has, at a tip thereof, an extended part 12d extended outward from a side edge of the body part 10 of the panel, the extended part 12d is arranged on the side edge part rear face of the adjacent other floor substrate panel 2, and is fixed to be positioned at a base end side of the deflection controlling plate material 12 provided on the rear face of the other floor substrate panel 2. Thus, the deflection controlling plate materials 12 of the longitudinally and horizontally laid floor substrate panel 2, are aligned in a row in the longitudinal direction or lateral direction, and the rows are juxtaposed in multiple rows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】床下地パネルの製造容易化、軽量化、床下地構造における床面の撓み量の低減化を図る。【解決手段】床下地パネル2の本体部10が平面視略四辺形形状を有し、その一側縁部の裏面に隣接する他の床下地パネル2の一側縁部を載置し固定できる連結板材11を設け、この連結板材11と略平行に前記パネル2の裏面略中央部に撓みコントロール板材12を設ける。この撓みコントロール板材12はその先端部に前記パネルの本体部10の側縁から外方に延長する延長部12dを有し、当該延長部12dは隣接する他の床下地パネル2の側縁部裏面に配設され、当該他の床下地パネル2の裏面に設けられた撓みコントロール板材12の基端側に位置するように固定される。これにより縦横に敷設された床下地パネル2の撓みコントロール板材12が縦方向又は横方向に一列に整列し、この列が複数列並列した状態となる【選択図】図2 |
