Zusammenfassung:	To provide a skin composition suitable for new cell activation.SOLUTION: A skin composition comprises (A) an ultraviolet wavelength converting substance and (B) hydrocarbon oil and/or linear silicone oil having a total content of 10% by weight or more and (c) powder having a total content of 0 to 65% by weight. Examples of the ultraviolet wavelength converting substance include vitamin B2 and/or a derivative thereof, phycocyanin, phycoerythrin, zinc oxide phosphor, and magnesium titanate phosphor. The skin composition also comprises (D) a UV absorber and/or (E) a UV scatterer and is useful as a sunscreen cosmetic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】新規な細胞賦活に適した肌用組成物の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ）紫外線波長変換物質、（Ｂ）合計の含有量が１０重量％以上の炭化水素油及び／又は直鎖シリコーン油を含み、かつ（Ｃ）粉末の合計の含有量が０〜６５重量％である、肌用組成物。前記紫外線波長変換物質としては、ビタミンＢ２及び／又はその誘導体、フィコシアニン、フィコエリスリン、酸化亜鉛蛍光体、チタン酸マグネシウム蛍光体等が挙げられる。さらに（Ｄ）紫外線吸収剤及び／又は（Ｅ）紫外線散乱剤を含み、日焼け止め化粧料として有用である。【選択図】図５
