Zusammenfassung:To provide a car interior material in which a liquid adhesive for bonding semi-rigid urethane foam and a glass mat does not reach a molding metal mold through a backing material when manufacturing a car interior trim having sandwich construction such that both sides of the semi-rigid urethane foam is reinforced with the glass mat, and which enables improvement in design of a skin surface.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an interior trim in such a manner that a liquid adhesive soaked in semi-rigid urethane foam 11 is cured by performing heat/pressure molding of a material in which glass mats 12, 13 are laminated on both sides of the semi-rigid urethane foam, on one surface of which a backing material is laminated and on the other surface of which a skin 17 and a film 16 are laminated, the glass mat, to which an absorption sheet has been previously bonded, is used, whereby seepage of the adhesive to the backing material side is effectively prevented, and the skin surface can obtain good design while solving problems caused by glass mats.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 半硬質ウレタンフォームの両側をガラスマットで補強したサンドイッチ構造を有する自動車内装品を製造する際、半硬質ウレタンフォームとガラスマットを接着する液体接着剤が、裏材を通過して成形金型まで達しないようにするとともに、表皮面の意匠性の向上を可能とさせる自動車内装材料を提供する。【解決手段】 半硬質ウレタンフォーム11の両サイドにガラスマット12、13が積層され、一方の面に裏材、他方の面に表皮17とフイルム16が積層された材料を加熱・加圧成形することによって、半硬質ウレタンフォームに浸み込ませた液体接着剤が硬化して内装品を製造する工法において、吸収シートを予め貼合したガラスマットを使うことにより、効果的に裏材側への接着剤の浸み出しを防止し、表皮面にはガラスマットから生じる不具合を解決して、良好な意匠性を得られるようにした。【選択図】 図1
