To provide a mobile purification device having a heated filter for killing biological species.SOLUTION: A mobile purification device comprises: a housing 60 being movable in an environment and having an intake port 62 and an exhaust port 66; one or more purification elements or cartridges 100; and a prime mover 150. The purification elements 100 disposed toward the intake port 62 include at least one or more ultraviolet light sources 130, one or more permeable barriers, and one or more filters 120 at the intake port 62.
