TRANSFER DEVICE

To provide a transfer device that has a simple structure having a single expansion/contraction mechanism enabling lifting operation and tilting operation to smoothly implement operation of raising and seating a person in need of nursing care.SOLUTION: A main body arm 1 is coupled so as to be tiltable around a tilting center shaft 10 of a base part 4. An upper limb holding part 2 is rotatably coupled to an upper limb holding part rotary shaft 11 at a position close to a top end of the main body arm 1. An expansion/contraction mechanism 3 has: one end 3a that in a tilted state, is rotatably coupled so as to protrude from the main body arm 1 in a front side P direction of the base part 4; and the other end 3b rotatably coupled to a guide shaft 30 that moves along the main body arm 1's guide hole 12 bored at a position shifted in the front side P direction from that of the upper limb holding part rotary shaft 11, the guide shaft 30 coupled to the upper limb holding part 2 at a position shifted in the front side direction from that of the upper limb holding part rotary shaft. Operation of the expansion/contraction mechanism 3 makes the guide shaft 30 of the main body arm 1 move along the guide hole 12 and the upper limb holding part 2 rotates around the upper limb holding part rotary shaft 11 to stand up or return to its original position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】持ち上げ動作と傾動動作を一本の伸縮機構のシンプル構造とし、要介護者を起こす動作と座る動作をスムーズに実現する移乗装置を提供する。【解決手段】本体アーム１は、ベース部４の傾動中心軸１０を中心に傾動可能に連結し、上肢保持部２は、本体アーム１の上端近傍位置の上肢保持部回動軸１１に回動可能に連結する。伸縮機構３は、一端３ａが傾斜状態で本体アーム１からベース部４の前側Ｐ方向に突き出して回動可能に連結され、他端３ｂが上肢保持部回動軸１１より前側Ｐ方向にずらした位置で穿設した本体アーム１のガイド穴１２に沿って移動するガイド軸３０に回動可能に連結され、且つ上肢保持部回動軸より前側方向にずらした位置でガイド軸３０が上肢保持部２に連結している。伸縮機構３の動作で、本体アーム１のガイド軸３０はガイド穴１２に沿って移動し、上肢保持部２が上肢保持部回動軸１１を中心に回動して起き上がる又は元位置に復帰する。【選択図】 図１
