Zusammenfassung:To provide a spark plug which allows improvement in ignitability.SOLUTION: A spark plug 1 comprises: a sub-combustion chamber 2; at least one injection hole 33 which brings the sub-combustion chamber 2 into communication with an outside of the spark plug 1; and a center electrode 4 which has an electrode tip part 41 disposed inside the sub-combustion chamber 2. The spark plug 1 is configured such that the spark plug can cause electric discharge between an inner wall of a spark generation injection hole 30, which is at least one of the injection holes 33, and the electrode tip part 41.
