The second fitting member includes a belt-like second base material and a second fitting part that is provided on one surface of the second base material along a longer direction of the second base material and is capable of detachably fitting with the first fitting part. Formation material of the first base material is a resin composition (A). The resin composition (A) contains polyethylene-based resin derived from biomass. Formation material of the first seal layer is a resin composition (B).
