Zusammenfassung:	To provide an imaging apparatus that prevents a deterioration in optical performance due to a change in environment including temperature and humidity.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 10 comprises: a first lens barrel 21 that holds a first lens 201 of an imaging optical system 20; an image pick-up device 31 that is arranged on an image side of the imaging optical system 20; and a frame 30 that is attached to a substrate 32 on which the image pick-up device 31 is mounted.
