At least one of a maximum coke layer thickness and a minimum ore layer thickness in a furnace wall part before charging an ore raw material is evaluated in one furnace radial direction, and when the evaluated value is deviated from an allowable range, an improvement action for changing a charge distribution is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】炉径方向におけるコークス層及び/又は鉱石層の形状を適切に管理し、ひいては径方向への炉内ガスの適切な分配を実現することを目的とする。【解決手段】旋回シュートによる高炉装入物の装入を行い、炉頂での堆積形状を炉中心側にむかって下方に傾斜させるすり鉢状に形成する高炉の操業方法において、一の炉径方向について、鉱石原料を装入する前の炉壁部におけるコークス最大層厚及び鉱石最小層厚のうち少なくとも一つを評価し、当該評価値が許容範囲を逸脱している場合に、装入物分布を変更する改善アクションを実施する高炉の操業方法。【選択図】図7 |
