To provide an adhesive film having the function of preventing white turbidness, whereby, even if an adhesive film thickly coated with an adhesive layer is let stand in a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere for a long time, it is free from white turbidness.SOLUTION: An acrylic polymer is a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (A) at least one alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer with a C1-C14 alkyl group, and at least one phenoxy group-containing alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer, totaling 50-95 pts.wt.; (B) at least one nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer not containing a hydroxy group or a carboxyl group or at least one alkoxy group-containing alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer, of 5-50 pts.wt.; and (C) at least one copolymerizable vinyl monomer containing no carboxyl group as a functional group but containing a hydroxy group, of 0.5-10 pts.wt., where the acrylic polymer does not contain a carboxyl group-containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer, the acrylic polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 200,000-2,000,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】粘着剤層を厚塗りされた粘着フィルムを、高温・高湿度の雰囲気下に長期間放置しても白濁することのない、白濁防止性能を有する粘着フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】アクリル系ポリマーが、（Ａ）アルキル基の炭素数がＣ１〜Ｃ１４のアルキル（メタ）アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも１種と、フェノキシ基含有アルキル（メタ）アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも１種との合計が５０〜９５重量部と、（Ｂ）水酸基及びカルボキシル基を含有しない窒素含有ビニルモノマーまたはアルコキシ基含有アルキル（メタ）アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも１種が５〜５０重量部と、（Ｃ）官能基にカルボキシル基を含有せず水酸基を含有する共重合性ビニルモノマーの少なくとも１種が０．５〜１０重量部と、をカルボキシル基を含有する共重合性ビニルモノマーを含有させないで共重合させた重量平均分子量が２０万〜２００万の共重合体である。【選択図】なし
