SLEEVE PREPARATION DEVICE

To provide a sleeve preparation device which can stably pull out a sleeve from a sleeve back even if an inner diameter of the sleeve stored in the sleeve back changes when pulling out the sleeve stored in the sleeve back.SOLUTION: A sleeve preparation device, which is used for taking out a sleeve for mounting on a mandrel of a metal strip winder from a sleeve back in which the sleeve is stored in a vertical arrangement state, comprises a sleeve drawal part, and a drive mechanism of the sleeve drawal part. The sleeve drawal part has: a plurality of spool pullers which supports an undersurface of the sleeve and pulls out the sleeve from the sleeve back when taking out the sleeve from the sleeve back; and a fork frame which supports the spool pullers.
