Zusammenfassung:To provide a quantitative liquid supply device having no flow fluctuation.SOLUTION: A quantitative liquid supply device (electrolytic liquid supply device 20) includes: a supply chamber 22 into which a liquid (electrolytic liquid) flowing from an outside through a liquid inlet 211 flows and also has a liquid supply port 221 at a bottom part; and a discharge chamber 23 which is arranged adjacently to the supply chamber 22 in a plan view and has a liquid discharge port 231 at a bottom part. A second partition wall 25 is provided between the supply chamber 22 and the discharge chamber 23, and top parts of the supply chamber 22 and the discharge chamber 23 communicate with each other in a space. When the flow rage of the liquid flowing into the supply chamber 22 is greater than or equal to a predetermined flow rate, the liquid surface of the supply chamber 22 reaches the height of the second partition wall 25 and the excessive liquid overflows towards the discharge chamber 23 over the second partition wall 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】流量変動の無い定量液供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】定量液供給装置(電解液供給装置20)は、液流入口211を介して外部から流入する液体(電解液)が流れ込むと共に、底部に液供給口221を有する供給室22と、平面視で供給室22と隣接するように配置され、底部に液排出口231を有する排出室23とを有する。供給室22と排出室23との間には第2隔壁25が設けられ、かつ、供給室22および排出室23の上部は空間で連通している。供給室22に流れ込む液体の流量が所定流量以上であれば、供給室22における液面は第2隔壁25の高さに到達し、過剰な液体は第2隔壁25を越えて排出室23側へオーバーフローする。【選択図】図2
