【課題】付着物厚みを高精度で推定して連続操業時間を延ばし、稼働率を上げる。【解決手段】排ガス通路14の内壁面に付着した付着物8の厚みtを推定する際に、排ガス通路14の外側から放射能センサ30を用いて付着物8の放射能を計測し、排ガス通路14の中に挿入された3次元光センサ32を用いて、排ガス通路14の内壁面の付着物形状を3次元計測し、前記放射能の計測から得られた付着物厚み推定データ、前記3次元計測から得られた付着物厚み測定データ、及び、操業データを蓄積して付着物厚みtを学習し、前記学習から得られた学習結果を用いて付着物厚みtを予測する。【選択図】図7 |
