The acquisition part acquires first Doppler waveform data concerning tricuspid regurgitation. The detection part detects a position of the maximum value of a Doppler waveform in the first Doppler waveform data by using: a learned model learned with training data including at least the position of the maximum value of the Doppler waveform in each of a plurality of pieces of second Doppler waveform data concerning tricuspid regurgitation and the pieces of second Doppler waveform data; and the first Doppler waveform data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドプラ波形画像にノイズが多い場合、折り返しがある場合等であっても、三尖弁逆流最大流速(TR−Vmax)の位置を正確に特定すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る装置は、取得部、検出部を備える。取得部は、三尖弁逆流に関する第1ドプラ波形データを取得する。検出部は、三尖弁逆流に関する複数の第2ドプラ波形データのそれぞれにおけるドプラ波形の最大値の位置と、複数の第2のドプラ波形データとを少なくとも含むトレーニングデータにより学習された学習済みモデルと、第1ドプラ波形データとを用いて、第1ドプラ波形データにおけるドプラ波形の最大値の位置を検出する。【選択図】図1 |
