Zusammenfassung:To facilitate insertion of a tool into the inside of a tubular indwelling implement.SOLUTION: A tubular indwelling implement 1 to be indwelt in a biological lumen (a bile duct V) comprises: a tubular body 2; a valve 3 which is provided downstream of the body 2 in the flowing direction of a fluid (bile) flowing inside the biological lumen and has an outflow port 23 for the fluid to flow out; and an interconnecting part 4 detachably interconnecting the body 2 and the valve 3.
