The insoluble dietary fibers of bamboo are preferably contained in an amount of 0.1 mass% or more and 20.0 mass% or less. The thickener is also preferably contained in an amount of 0.1 pt.mass or more and 50 pts.mass or less relative to 100 pts.mass of the insoluble dietary fibers of bamboo.SELECTED DRAWING: None
