Zusammenfassung:To provide a novel chemical agent which has a function to inhibit differentiation to osteoclast.SOLUTION: It was newly found that liquidized tuna waste (TWL), after being added to and cultured with bone marrow-related hematopoietic stem cells (BHSC), together with differentiation inducer, has a function to inhibit differentiation to osteoclast. This invention provides an osteoclast differentiation inhibitor which contains processed substance as active ingredient, made by treating fish or meat at temperatures between 100 and 300°C and at pressures between 0.1 and 8.6 MPa for 1 to 120 minutes, and a food composition for inhibiting differentiation to osteoclast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 破骨細胞への分化を抑制する作用を有する新たな薬剤を提供する。【解決手段】 マグロ廃棄部可溶化物(TWL)を骨髄由来造血幹細胞(BHSC)に分化誘導剤とともに添加して培養したところ、破骨細胞への分化を抑制する作用を有することを新たに見出した。本発明は、魚類または食肉を100〜300℃の温度および0.1〜8.6MPaの圧力において1〜120分間処理した処理物を有効成分として含有する、破骨細胞分化抑制剤および破骨細胞分化を抑制するための食品組成物を提供する。【選択図】 図3
