In the specific control processing, specific control using output of a distributed power supply is performed. The distributed power supply is provided in a user facility that receives power supply from a system power supply, and can supply electric power to a load existing in the facility. In the output suppression processing, when the specific control is not performed, output of the distributed power supply is suppressed to leave an adjustment amount required to perform specific control for at least one of a maximum value of output power, a maximum value of output current, and a maximum value of reactive power, of the distributed power supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分散電源の出力を利用した特定制御を実行不能な事態を回避できるようにすること。【解決手段】電力制御方法は、特定制御処理と、出力抑制処理と、を含む。特定制御処理では、分散電源の出力を用いた特定制御を行う。分散電源は、系統電源から電力供給を受ける需要家の施設に設けられ、施設に存在する負荷に対して電力を供給可能である。出力抑制処理では、特定制御を行っていない場合に、分散電源の出力電力の最大値、出力電流の最大値、及び無効電力の最大値の少なくとも一つに対して、特定制御を行うために必要な調整分を残すように、分散電源の出力を抑制する。【選択図】図1 |
