Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of a dust core with reduced iron loss and a dust core.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a dust core 1 includes the steps of applying energy to a surface of a soft magnetic powder coated with an insulator containing an aluminum-oxygen bonded compound, exposing the soft magnetic powder to an atmosphere with a dew point of -30°C or higher and 15°C or lower under atmospheric pressure, and forming a compact of the soft magnetic powder under a pressing pressure of 20 MPa or higher and 400 MPa or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】鉄損が低減される圧粉磁心の製造方法、および圧粉磁心を提供すること。【解決手段】圧粉磁心１の製造方法は、アルミニウム−酸素結合を有する化合物を含む絶縁体で被覆された軟磁性粉末の表面に、エネルギーを付与する工程と、大気圧下露点−３０℃以上１５℃以下の雰囲気に軟磁性粉末を暴露する工程と、軟磁性粉末を２０ＭＰａ以上４００ＭＰａ以下の押圧で成形体を形成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
