To provide an electromagnetic noise countermeasure member capable of increasing working efficiency for fixing it to an electric wire.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic noise countermeasure member 1 comprises: a first holding member 10 on the inner surface of which a first magnetic core component is held; a second holding member 50 on the inner surface of which a second magnetic core component is held; a first enclosure part 20 provided to each of one end part of the first holding member 10 and the other end part of the second holding member 50; a movable part 23 provided to each first enclosure part 20; and a pressing part 24 attached to the inner face of each movable part 23.
