The determination processing section outputs an execution permission signal of permitting execution of the transmission of vehicle information on condition of an input state of a user's permission signal and outputs an execution restriction signal of inhibiting execution of the transmission of the vehicle information on condition of an input state of a user's prohibition signal and further outputs, on condition that an input state of a user's prohibition signal is switched to an input of a user's permission signal, an execution restriction signal until prescribed time after the switching timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ユーザの通信不許可の意思表示状態から通信許可に意思表示が変更されて間もない時点でトリガ信号が入力されたとしても、通信不許可期間中の車両情報が送信されてしまうことを回避できる車両用情報通信装置及び車両情報の通信方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両用情報通信装置は、判定処理部を備える。判定処理部は、ユーザ許可信号の入力状態を条件として車両情報の送信の実行を許可する実行許可信号を出力し、ユーザ不許可信号の入力状態を条件として車両情報の送信の実行を阻止する実行規制信号を出力し、さらに、ユーザ不許可信号の入力状態がユーザ許可信号の入力に切換えられたことを条件として、その切換タイミングから所定時間までの間、実行規制信号を出力する。【選択図】図4 |
