ELECTRIC POWER DEMAND MATCHING SYSTEM AND METHOD

To provide an electric power demand matching system and a method capable of providing means for matching among power distribution facility, electricity retailing, rental housing, and consumers in order to optimally balance the profitability of the distribution system, the procurement cost of retailers, and the rental occupancy rate of home leasing companies.SOLUTION: The electric power demand matching system includes: an estimation unit that obtains the power distribution in a distribution system from the load pattern of the distribution system consumers; a distribution facility planning unit that develops a distribution facility plan by comparing the set power and the estimated power; and an electricity charge calculation unit that calculates the power charge for the property desired by a prospective mover from the power distribution of the distribution system.
