Zusammenfassung:To provide a conduit shape estimation method which can improve the measurement accuracy of a conduit shape, and a conduit shape estimation device.SOLUTION: A method for arranging an inertia measurement device 210 which can detect a change of the acceleration and a posture of a moving body moving in a pipe having a strait pipe part and a curve pipe part while repeating forward traveling and a stop, and making a computer estimate a moving amount and a moving direction of the inertia measurement device 210 on the basis of moving information including a temporal change of the acceleration and the posture when the moving body moves, comprises the steps of: calculating a first function indicating a temporal change of a moving speed by integrating the acceleration; detecting a start point of the forward traveling and a stop point of the stop in the first function on the basis of a moving characteristic; setting a second function which passes the start point and the stop point; acquiring a third function by subtracting the second function from the first function; and integrating zones corresponding to the start point and the stop point in the third function, and acquiring the moving amount of the inertia measurement device 210 when a forward/stop motion is set as one cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】管路形状の計測精度を向上可能な管路形状推定方法及び管路形状推定装置を提供する。【解決手段】直管部と曲管部を有する管内を前進、停止を繰り返し移動する移動体の加速度及び姿勢の変化を検出可能な慣性計測装置210を設け、移動体が移動したときの加速度及び姿勢の時間変化を含む移動情報に基づき、慣性計測装置210の移動量及び移動方向推定をコンピュータに実行させる方法であって、加速度を積分し移動速度の時間変化を示す第1の関数を算出するステップと、移動特性に基づいて第1の関数における前進の開始点及び停止の停止点を検出するステップと、開始点及び停止点を通る第2の関数を設定するステップと、第1の関数から第2の関数を減じて第3の関数を取得するステップと、第3の関数において開始点及び停止点に対応する区間を積分し、前進、停止動作を1サイクルとしたときの慣性計測装置210の移動量を取得するステップとを有する。【選択図】図1
