To provide a wearable finger internal thermometer capable of highly accurate measurement and a more comfortable long-term wearing.SOLUTION: A wearable finger internal thermometer 100 can be mounted onto a finger F and includes a first heat flow detection unit 10 and a second heat flow detection unit 20 that are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other on a surface Fa around a finger to define a center angle θ of equal to or more than 150° with respect to a finger cross-section center O when mounted on the finger F. The first heat flow detection unit 10 includes a first heat insulating material 11, a first temperature sensor 12a disposed so as to sandwich the first heat insulating material 11 and a second temperature sensor 12b.
