Zusammenfassung: | To provide a sensor unit including a plurality of pressure-sensitive sensors with a simplified wiring structure and improved connection reliability.SOLUTION: For each of laminates 13 and 14 in pressure-sensitive sensors 12A and 12B, a first sensor electrode 21 is connected to a first circuit part electrode 31 and a second sensor electrode 23 is connected to a second circuit part electrode 33. Thus, the pressure-sensitive sensors 12A and 12B are electrically connected to the circuit part 30. The first sensor electrode 21 and the second sensor electrode 23 for each of the laminates 13 and 14 are formed on a substrate 11. A negative electrode layer 16 (second electrode layer) in the laminate 13 closer to the substrate 11 is formed on a surface of a dielectric layer 17 farther from the substrate 11. A member held between the negative electrode layer 16 and the second sensor electrode 23 includes a second conductive structure that is flexible and penetrates a positive electrode layer 15 (first electrode layer) in an insulated state in a thickness direction. The negative electrode layer 16 is connected to the second sensor electrode 23 through the second conductive structure part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】複数の感圧センサを備えるセンサユニットにおいて、配線構造を簡素化しつつ接続信頼性を高める。【解決手段】感圧センサ12A,12Bにおける積層体13,14毎の第1センサ電極21が第1回路部電極31に接続され、かつ第2センサ電極23が第2回路部電極33に接続されることで、感圧センサ12A,12Bの回路部30に対する電気的接続がなされる。積層体13,14毎の第1センサ電極21及び第2センサ電極23は基板11上に形成され、基板11に近い側の積層体13における負極電極層16(第2電極層)は、誘電層17のうち基板11から遠い側の面上に形成される。負極電極層16と第2センサ電極23とにより挟まれる部材には、柔軟性を有し、かつ正極電極層15(第1電極層)に対し絶縁された状態で厚み方向に貫通する第2導通構造部が設けられる。負極電極層16は第2導通構造部を介して第2センサ電極23に接続される。【選択図】図3 |
