To put a higher priority on presenting a target point which is more likely to be a target point when there are a plurality of target points as candidates.SOLUTION: When there are a plurality of extracted points extracted from a point database 1 by a search point 5 as target points F which satisfy a search condition, a search result output unit 4 sets an output priority on the basis of set route information stored in a route length database 2 and outputs information on the extracted points. The set route information includes information on a route length index which is larger when a length L of a set route previously set by a plurality of mobile bodies 10 is large than when the length L is small.
