FURNACE WALL STRUCTURE FOR BOILER AND CHEMICAL CLEANING METHOD FOR BOILER

To independently and chemically clean a nose wall pipe group while preventing a non-cleaning zone which does not include the nose wall pipe group, from being influenced by a cleaning fluid.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: An inlet communication pipe opening/closing valve 37 is provided in a nose wall inlet communication pipe 35 connecting a first wall pipe outlet pipe header 31 and a nose wall inlet pipe header 32, and an outlet communication pipe opening/closing valve 38 is provided in a nose wall outlet communication pipe 36 connecting a nose wall outlet pipe header 33 and a second wall pipe inlet pipe header 34. A first connection pipe 39 is branched from the nose wall inlet communication pipe 35 at the downstream side of the inlet communication pipe opening/closing valve 37, and a second connection pipe 40 is branched from the nose wall outlet communication pipe 36 at the upstream side of the outlet communication pipe opening/closing valve 38. A first cleaning fluid circulation pipe 54 is connected to the first connection pipe 39, and a second cleaning fluid circulation pipe 55 is connected to the second connection pipe 40. A cleaning fluid is made flow in from the first cleaning fluid circulation pipe 54 and the cleaning fluid is made flow out of the second cleaning fluid circulation pipe 55, such that the cleaning fluid is circulated through nose wall pipes 23 of a nose wall pipe group 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ノーズ壁管群を含まない非洗浄域が洗浄液の影響を受けることなく、ノーズ壁管群を単独に化学洗浄する。【課題手段】第１壁管出口管寄せ３１とノーズ壁入口管寄せ３２とを接続するノーズ壁入口連絡管３５に入口連絡管開閉弁３７を設け、ノーズ壁出口管寄せ３３と第２壁管入口管寄せ３４とを接続するノーズ壁出口連絡管３６に出口連絡管開閉弁３８を設ける。第１接続管３９は入口連絡管開閉弁３７の下流側のノーズ壁入口連絡管３５から分岐し、第２接続管４０は出口連絡管開閉弁３８の上流側のノーズ壁出口連絡管３６から分岐する。第１接続管３９に第１洗浄液流通管５４を接続し、第２接続管４０に第２洗浄液流通管５５を接続し、第１洗浄液流通管５４から洗浄液を流入し、第２洗浄液流通管５５から洗浄液を流出することにより、ノーズ壁管群２６の各ノーズ壁管２３を洗浄液が流通する。【選択図】図４
