Zusammenfassung: | To provide a belt transmission mechanism for cooling tower blowers in which a tension regulation part suppressing meandering of a belt is adopted in a transmission mechanism for blowers using a flat belt and which is capable of preventing deterioration and damage of the belt even if a reverse running state of the belt is continued for a long time, by separately providing a belt guide part in the vicinity of a driven-side pulley.SOLUTION: With respect to a belt 13 which is a flat belt, bending of the belt 13 is prevented by a tension regulation part 14, meandering of the belt 13 under running is suppressed, and a belt guide part 15 is positioned in the vicinity of a driven-side pulley 12, such that a highest position of a guide surface is aligned to a lower limit position of a belt run enabled range on an outer peripheral surface of the driven-side pulley. Thus, even if a situation that the meandering suppression of the tension regulation part 14 cannot be controlled because of a reverse impeller rotation state is continued, a position of the belt 13 in contact with driving-side and driven-side pulleys can be appropriately regulated from being excessively lowered by the belt guide part 15, and it is possible to surely reduce the burden relating to maintenance such as to decrease an exchange frequency of the belt 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】平ベルトを用いた送風機用の伝動機構において、ベルトの蛇行を抑える張力調整部を採用すると共に、従動側プーリ近傍に別途ベルト案内部を設けて、ベルトの逆方向走行状態が長時間に及んでもベルトの劣化、損傷を防止できる、冷却塔送風機用ベルト伝動機構を提供する。【解決手段】平ベルトであるベルト13に対し、張力調整部14でベルト13の撓みを防ぐと共に走行中のベルト13の蛇行を抑え、且つ、ベルト案内部15を従動側プーリ12近傍に位置させ、その案内面の最上部位置を従動側プーリ外周面におけるベルト走行可能範囲の下限位置に合わせることで、羽根車逆回転状態で張力調整部14の蛇行抑制制御の効かない状況が続いても、駆動側及び従動側の各プーリに接するベルト13の位置が過剰に下がるのをベルト案内部15で適切に規制でき、ベルト13の交換頻度を減らせるなどメンテナンスに係る負担を確実に軽減できる。【選択図】 図2 |
