Zusammenfassung:	To provide an accidental fire determination device with improved determination toughness.SOLUTION: An accidental fire determination device (40) that determines whether an expansion stroke due to previous ignition by the intake pressure of an intake stroke of an engine is normal combustion or accidental fire, is configured to calculate an intake pressure value before an overlap top dead center as a reference pressure value (S3), calculate an intake pressure value after the overlap top dead center as a determination pressure value (S4), and determine the presence or absence of accidental fire by threshold determination (S6) for the difference (S5) between a reference negative pressure value and the determination pressure value (S7, S8).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】判定タフネスが向上された失火判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】エンジンの吸気行程の吸気圧力により直前の点火による膨張行程が、正常燃焼であるか失火であるかを判定する失火判定装置（４０）において、オーバラップ上死点の前における吸気圧力値を基準圧力値として算出し（Ｓ３）、オーバラップ上死点の後における吸気圧力値を判定用圧力値として算出し（Ｓ４）、前記基準負圧値と前記判定用圧力値との差分（Ｓ５）に対する閾値判定（Ｓ６）により、失火の有無を判定する（Ｓ７、Ｓ８）ことを特徴する。【選択図】図３
