To provide a determination device capable of determining an abnormal condition such as occurrence of cavitation or mixture of air in a flowing liquid with simple processing.SOLUTION: A detection device 1 includes a pressure sensor 10-1 for measuring a pressure of a liquid 9 flowing through a pipe conduit 5, and a determination device 20 for determining an abnormal condition such as cavitation of the liquid 9 on the basis of measurement data showing the measurement result of the pressure sensor 10-1. Pulsation of the pressure exists in the liquid 9 at least when the abnormal condition is not determined.
