Zusammenfassung:To provide a chargeable sheath-core structured fiber capable of satisfying heat resistance and charge retention, in the usage such as an onboard filter.SOLUTION: A chargeable sheath-core structured fiber characterized in that polypropylene resin is used as the main resin in the sheath and the core portion, and in the sheath portion, (a) anhydrous carboxylic acid modified polyolefin 3 to 20 mass%, and (b) at least one kind of an antioxidant selected from an antioxidant formed by combining a phenolic antioxidant and a phosphorus based antioxidant, or a sulfur system antioxidant 0.5 to 3.0 mass% are contained, and, on the outer peripheral surface of the sheath, (c) as a finishing agent, an oil solution containing 50 mass% or larger of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the general formula (I) is attached by 0.1 to 1.0 mass% to a total amount of the sheath-core structured fiber. (In the formula, R1 shows a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 10 to 30 carbon atoms.
