TRANSPARENT SILICONE RUBBER MOLDED BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF

To provide a transparent silicone rubber molded body that is highly transparent, has little discoloration, is soft, and is suitable for fixing decorative articles, etc., and to provide a method for producing the same, and a method of use thereof.SOLUTION: A transparent silicone rubber molded body 1 of the present invention has an Asker C hardness (JIS K 7312) of 5 to 70, and in which the yellowness index (YI value, ASTM D1925) of a 2 mm thick molded body is in the range of 0 to 1, and the light transmittance of a 2 mm thick molded body with a light wavelength of 400 nm is 89 to 100%. The transparent silicone rubber molded body 1 is used as a fixture for fixing the decorative article 3 in the transparent container 2, and it is preferable to inject the silicone oil 4 into the container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】透明性が高く、変色が少なく、軟らかく、装飾物品等を固定するのに好適な透明シリコーンゴム成形体、その製造方法及びその使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の透明シリコーンゴム成形体１は、Ａｓｋｅｒ Ｃ硬さ(JIS K 7312)が５〜７０であり、厚さ２ｍｍの成形体におけるイエローネスインデックス（ＹＩ値,ASTM D1925）が０〜１の範囲であり、厚さ２ｍｍの成形体における光波長４００ｎｍの光透過率が８９〜１００％である。この透明シリコーンゴム成形体１は、透明容器２内の装飾物品３を固定するための固定具として使用し、容器内にはシリコーンオイル４を注入するのが好ましい。【選択図】図１
