Zusammenfassung:	To provide an aqueous resin dispersion capable of forming a coating film having excellent color fading resistance which maintains a vivid color possessed by a dye in spite of the use of the dye as a colorant and a method for producing the same and to provide an aqueous coating material containing the aqueous resin dispersion.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous resin dispersion containing (meth)acrylic-based resin particles and olefin-based resin particles, wherein the (meth)acrylic-based resin particles are obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing an alkyl (meth)acrylate in which an alkyl group has 1 to 12 carbon atoms, contain an oil-soluble dye and have an average particle diameter of 10 to 500 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】着色剤として染料が使用されているにもかかわらず、当該染料が有する鮮明な色彩を維持し、耐褪色性に優れた塗膜を形成することができる水性樹脂分散体およびその製造方法、ならびに当該水性樹脂分散体を含有する水性塗料を提供する。【解決手段】（メタ）アクリル系樹脂粒子およびオレフィン系樹脂粒子を含有する水性樹脂分散体であって、前記（メタ）アクリル系樹脂粒子が、アルキル基の炭素数が１〜１２であるアルキル（メタ）アクリレートを含有する単量体成分を重合させてなり、油溶性染料を含有し、平均粒子径１０〜５００ｎｍを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
