Zusammenfassung: | To solve such problems that a by-produced coke coats reaction active points in a case of gas phase contact reaction to gradually decrease a useful product component by active point reduction so that distillation separation for separating a product becomes unstable to cause reduction of a distillation separation efficiency whereby there is a possibility that an impurity concentration in a final product is out of a standard, and a catalyst layer fastens with a coke by-produced when reacting to increase a pressure loss of an inlet and an outlet of the reactor so that there is a concern over the occlusion of a reactor in a worst case.SOLUTION: Variation of a product composition is suppressed, and a coke amount by-produced on a catalyst is controlled by predicting a reaction product composition variation in a method of producing using a multitubular fixed bed reactor, and altering a reaction temperature of the multitubular fixed bed reactor on the basis of a prediction result.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 気相接触反応の場合、副生したコークが反応活性点を被覆し、活性点低下により有用な生成物成分が徐々に減少し、生成物を分離するための蒸留分離が不安定となり、蒸留分離効率の低下を引起し、最終製品中の不純物濃度が規格外になる可能性がある。また、反応時に副生したコークにより触媒層が固着、リアクター入口−出口の圧力損失が増大し、最悪のケースではリアクターの閉塞が懸念される。【解決手段】 多管式固定床リアクターを用いた製造方法において、反応生成物組成変化を予測し、当該予測結果に基づいて多管式固定床リアクターの反応温度を変更することにより、生成物組成の変動を抑制し、且つ、触媒に副生するコーク量を制御する。【選択図】 なし |
