Zusammenfassung:To provide a chamber capable of stabilizing operations of a chlorine bypass facility.SOLUTION: A chamber 20 comprises: introduction pipes 31, 32 for introducing an extraction gas from introduction holes 31A, 32A of a main body part 40, and comprising respective bent parts 31C, 32C on an upstream of the introduction holes 31A, 32A; and a derivation pipe 45 for deriving a mixture gas 64 including the extraction gas from a derivation hole 45B of the main body part 40. The chamber 20 is configured so that in a downstream of the bent parts 31C, 32C, when virtual channels VL1, VL2 extending in the introduction direction of the extraction gases 61, 62 introduced from the introduction holes 31A, 32A of the introduction pipes 31, 32 to the main body part 40 are divided into outside and inside flow regions of the bent parts 31C, 32C, at least a part of the outside flow region on the virtual channel VL1 of the introduction pipe 31 and at least a part of the inside flow region of the virtual channel VL2 of the introduction pipe 32 collide each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】塩素バイパス設備の運転を安定化することが可能なチャンバを提供すること。【解決手段】チャンバ20は、本体部40の導入口31A,32Aから抽気ガスをそれぞれ導入し、導入口31A,32Aの上流側に屈曲部31C,32Cをそれぞれ有する導入管31,32と、本体部40の導出口45Bから抽気ガスを含む混合ガス64を導出する導出管45を備える。チャンバ20は、屈曲部31C,32Cの下流において、導入管31,32の導入口31A,32Aから本体部40の内部に導入される抽気ガス61,62の導入方向に延びる仮想流路VL1,VL2を、屈曲部31C,32Cの外側流域と内側流域とに均分したときに、導入管31の仮想流路VL1における外側流域の少なくとも一部と、導入管32の仮想流路VL2の内側流域の少なくとも一部とが、互いに衝突するように構成される。【選択図】図2
