COOLING GAS INTRODUCING DEVICE, CHLORINE BYPASS FACILITY, CEMENT CLINKER MANUFACTURING FACILITY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CEMENT CLINKER

To provide a cooling gas introducing device which makes it possible to stabilize an operation of a chlorine bypass facility and an operation of a cement clinker manufacturing facility.SOLUTION: A cooling gas introducing device 10 introduces a cooling gas so as to flow along a circumferential direction of a side surface 13 of an extraction steam pipe 12 of a chlorine bypass facility. A flow channel for the cooling gas 62 in an introduction part 11 of the cooling gas 62 is divided into a plurality of parts along a circulation direction of the cooling gas 62.
