The packaging bag has an adhesion region in which the laser non-cutting films (A) are partially adhered as an inner layer side, and a non adhesion region for storing a stored object, a total thickness of the packaging bag in the non adhesion region is 60 μm or greater and 300 μm or smaller, and on the part of the non-adhesion region, there is a region in which the laser cutting films (A) are cut, and the laser non-cutting films (A) are not cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
