Zusammenfassung:	To provide a storage structure for a saddle-riding type vehicle that includes a storage part readily attaching and detaching by taking user's usability into consideration and can improve external appearance.SOLUTION: In a motorcycle 10, a rear side cowl 63 positioned downward of a seat 17 and a rear fender 77 positioned upward of a rear wheel 16 are supported to a vehicle body frame 11 as outfitting parts 58. The rear fender 77 that is the outfitting part 58 includes a main storage part 86h swelling in a vehicle width direction.
