Zusammenfassung:To provide a bag making machine that improves a position adjustment accuracy of a processing unit and reduces a product loss at a start of production, a bag making machine control method, and a bag manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a bag making machine comprising: a transport device that intermittently transports a long bag-making film with a reference mark printed thereon; a plurality of processing units that are arranged in a displaceable manner and perform predetermined processing while the long bag making film is stopped; a plurality of processing unit drive devices that displace the processing units individually; a cutting unit; a front mark sensor that determines a stop position of the long bag making film; a rear mark sensor that is located behind a rearmost processing unit; and processing unit displacement control means that records a reference mark sensor offset distance which is an amount of transportation from a stop position in the previous stage to detection of the reference mark by the rear mark sensor, individually calculates a target position of the plurality of processing units based on an amount of expansion and contraction in the device calculated from a difference between before and after transporting in a predetermined cycle so as to displace to the target position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 加工ユニットの位置調整精度を高め、また生産の立ち上げ時における製品ロスを少なくする製袋機、製袋機の制御方法、袋の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 製袋機は、基準マークが印刷された長尺製袋用フィルムを間欠搬送する搬送装置と、変位可能に配置され長尺製袋用フィルムの停止中に所定の加工を施す複数の加工ユニットと、それを個別に変位させる複数の加工ユニット駆動装置と、切断ユニットと、長尺製袋用フィルムの停止位置を決定する前方マークセンサーと、最後方の加工ユニットより後方の後方マークセンサーと、前段の停止位置から後方マークセンサーが基準マークを検出するまでの搬送量である基準マークセンサーオフセット距離について所定周期搬送した前後の差から算出される装置内伸縮量に基づき複数の加工ユニットの目標位置を個別に算出し目標位置に変位する加工ユニット変位制御手段と、を備えている。【選択図】 図1
