Zusammenfassung: | To provide: a laminate having a self-repairing property with excellent followability to curved surfaces, steps, and the like, that is, extensibility; a production method thereof; and a usage thereof.SOLUTION: A self-repairing laminate 10 comprises: a resin layer 1 containing an active energy ray-curable resin composition which can be cured by post irradiation of active energy rays; a self-repairing resin layer 2 which active energy rays can penetrate, the layer containing a urethane-based resin composition laminated on one surface of the resin layer 1; and an adhesive layer 3 laminated on another surface of the resin layer 1. When the resin layer 1 is made into a single layer specimen of 500 μm thickness and, after curing by irradiation with active energy rays of cumulative light amount of 300 mJ/cm2, subjected to a dynamic elasticity measurement under conditions of a frequency of 1 Hz and a rate of temperature increase of 2°C/min, values of storage moduli in a whole temperature range of 105 to 150°C are in a range of 8.0×105 to 3.0×107 Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】曲面および段差等に対する追従性すなわち伸張性に優れた自己修復性を有する積層体およびその製造方法、ならびにその使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】活性エネルギー線の後照射により硬化が可能な活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を含む樹脂層1と、樹脂層1の一方の面に積層されたウレタン系樹脂組成物を含む活性エネルギー線が透過可能な自己修復性樹脂層2と、樹脂層1のもう一方の面に積層された粘着剤層3とを備えた自己修復性積層体10であって、樹脂層1は、樹脂層1を500μm厚さの単層試験体として、積算光量300mJ/cm2の活性エネルギー線照射により硬化した後に周波数1Hz、昇温速度2℃/分の条件で動的粘弾性を測定した際の105〜150℃の温度範囲全てにおける貯蔵弾性率の値が8.0×105〜3.0×107Paの範囲である自己修復性積層体10。【選択図】図1 |
