Zusammenfassung:To provide a method of operating a cooling tower system with low operating cost while using factory waste water as the supply water for the cooling water.SOLUTION: The operation method of the cooling tower system includes: a process of calculating an operating cost of the cooling tower system based on the water quality of the factory waste water, the water quality of the fresh water, the content of fresh water in the replenishment water, the permissible water quality of the cooling water, the ability of the water treatment chemicals to prevent contamination, the evaporation rate of the cooling tower, the unit price of the fresh water, and the unit price of the water treatment chemicals; and a process of determining, based on the operation cost, whether or not to supply the factory waste water to the cooling water and the amount of the factory waste water to be supplied, whether or not to supply the fresh water to the cooling water and the amount of the fresh water to be supplied, and the amount of the water treatment chemicals to be supplied to the cooling water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】冷却水の補給水として工場排水を利用しながらも運転コストが安価な冷却塔システムの運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】工場排水の水質、新水の水質、補給水の新水の含有率、冷却水の許容水質、水処理薬品の汚染を防止する能力、冷却塔の蒸発量、新水の単価、及び水処理薬品の単価に基づいて冷却塔システムの運転コストを算出する工程と、前記運転コストに基づいて、前記冷却水に対する前記工場排水の供給の要否及び前記工場排水の供給量、前記冷却水に対する前記新水の供給の要否及び前記新水の供給量、前記冷却水に対する前記水処理薬品の供給量を決定する工程と、を含む冷却塔システムの運転方法。【選択図】図1
