Zusammenfassung:	To accurately control a position of a leaf by accurately detecting a marker position with a marker excellent in the durability of a multi-leaf collimator.SOLUTION: A marker is a plate 101 having a fluorescent body, one surface of a plate 70a is fixed to one surface of a leaf 70 such that an end surface 101a of the plate 101 is located on a prescribed end surface 70a of the leaf 70. The end surface 101a of the plate 101 is imaged by a camera and the position of the end surface 101a is recognized by image processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】マルチリーフコリメータの耐久性に優れたマーカにより、マーカ位置を精度良く検出し、リーフの位置を精度よく制御する。【解決手段】マーカは、蛍光体を含有するプレート１０１であり、プレート１０１の端面１０１ａが、リーフ７０の所定の端面７０ａ上に位置するように、プレート７０ａの一方の面は、リーフ７０の一方の面に固定されている。プレート１０１の端面１０１ａがカメラにより撮像され、画像処理により端面１０１ａの位置が認識される。【選択図】図８
