To provide a state determination system of a power transmission line attachment, capable of simply and quickly performing a processing for determining requirement of a repair or an exchange of an attachment adhered to an overhead power transmission line in low cost, and provide a state determination method of the power transmission line attachment.SOLUTION: A state determination system 1 of a power transmission line attachment, determining whether or not a repair or an exchange of attachments 10 and 11 attached to an overhead power transmission line 50 is required, comprises: a flight vehicle 2 mounting a photographing device 20; and a determination device 3 determining the requirement of the repair or the exchange of the attachments 10 and 11. The flight vehicle 2 photographs the attachments 10 and 11 with the photographing device 20 by flying until a vicinity position of the attachments 10 and 11, and transmits data D of an image photographed to the determination device 3.
