Zusammenfassung:To provide a thin power conversion device in which both cooling performance and sealing are attained.SOLUTION: The power conversion device includes: a capacitor which smooths DC power; a plurality of power modules 4 which converts DC power into AC power; a first circuit board 1 on which the plurality of power modules 4 are mounted; a second circuit board arranged to face the first circuit board; a first flow channel forming body 3 which forms a flow channel, through which a coolant is made to flow, together with the surfaces of the first and the second circuit boards; and a second flow channel forming body 27 which forms the flow channel together with the surface of the first circuit board.
